This is the premium lubricant recommended in your owners manual by the MFG
**Some owners manuals are misleading and state not to lubricate the walking belt but they are referring to silicone spray (which is correct)**
Lubricate every 60 hours with one application. If its been along tome two are normally needed or get one for a spare
