Order Process:
1.    Send me your artwork;
2.    Drop order and make payment;
3.    Please leave your telephone number in personalization, this is helpful for courier and on time deliver;
4.    Confirm your proof, we will make edit your artwork within 48 hours and send you back by email for proof confirmation;
5.    Produce after getting your proof confirmation email, then ship out
NOTE:
1.    We can make design for customer, additional charge is required, please consult before order, the design cost listed is not actual design cost, it is a base price;
2.    When you send your artwork, it is better in vector form like ai, psd, pdf, if you don’t have vector file, jpg or png also work, but 300 dpi must be assured. Otherwise, we can’t make your logo, letter, or ornament pattern accurate.
3.    After you drop order, please don’t forget waiting for our proof confirmation email. We only produce after customer confirmed their stamp proof. If we don’t get proof confirmation feedback from customer, we will not produce, then, you can’t get your products on time.
4.    Lead time: 5-7 working days for producing
5.    Delivery: Default shipping is post, because post deliver is cheap, but it is slow. Averagely 15-30 days is required for post. It may take more time on delivery because 1) customs inspection and clearance; or 2) peak season. This is very low possibility and must be informed in advance. If you are urgent for your goods, you can upgrade delivery to express like DHL, FEDEX, or UPS. Additional charge is required, but you can get your goods within 3-7 days after delivery.
