We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or a refund of the product price less Shipping & handling within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded/returned/exchanged, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned/refunded/exchanged.
For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC barcode, packaging, and all accessories.
Please contact us before returning an item to get a RMA number. Any return without a RMA number will not be accepted or processed.
You will need to attach a prepaid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label.
You will not need to pay for shipping.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange.
All returns should be accompanied with a tracking or delivery confirmation number back to our warehouse.
Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Due to health precautions, we cannot accept returns on Skincare and Hair care products.

Once a refund is processed it can take 24hrs to 14 days for your financial institution to release the funds back into your account. Once we refund we no longer have any control over that money whatsoever; your financial institution takes over from that point.

We will expedite shipping and/or change the shipping carrier but cost difference will be paid by the buyer at time of purchase

We ship all orders the next business day. No orders will be shipped out on Saturday or Sunday.
Once an order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number or it will be updated in eBay system automatically.
We ship to all USA states including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO and selected international destinations. (Please check shipping and handling tab for country specific details)

If any shipment is returned due to an error in the shipping address provided to us or due to package not being claimed by the receiver, we will deduct .99 from the purchase price prior to issuing the refund.
Authenticity Statement:
All fragrances purchased through Diversified Finds or diversified.finds.store are authentic and in original manufacture packaging unless specified. There are still possible fake and counterfeits that slip through depending on the distributor. There may be differences (rarely, but if so they are minute) because we get these bottles from a closeout wholesaler. These are what you call “Grey Market” bottles. This means that some fragrances were pulled from stock due to but not limited to; decreased sales, to make new space for newer products, they may have had a scuffed packaging/wrapping/box and/or they were needing product rotation. Also, some may have been imported from regions like Turkey, the Middle East, Europe, etc. where they do not sell for nearly as high as they do here in the USA & Canada. This does not mean they are not authentic, they are absolutely authentic. All that is different is the place of origin and not nearly as much markup as here in North America.
Characteristics that (rarely happen) possibly can seem different are; the scent may have altered ever so slightly, bottle label scuffing or other anomalies most likely do to temperature changes and motion. So please ask about authenticity and have us reassure you before you buy its so much easier. Trust us, were not scamming nor counterfeiting...we are selling the real deal (99.99% of all our bottles of fragrances and designer items are only manufactured by their authentic and licensed facility.).
In the event that you have concerns simply contact us. Examine your product and compare to the manufactures standards. We will even contact the Designer Brand for their authenticity check (No scammer or counterfeiter would do that) We do not deal with counterfeited items...period!
