Lionel Manufacturing No6 Cab Boiler Early to restore Standard Gauge X6762

Description

Here is and early cab and boiler for a No 6 loco, made in Manufacturing era, 1913 or earlier as it has tabs for the earliest slide-on type headlight. Boiler finish looks original but has lost its blue-tint, has some wear and very minor corrosion spots near cab. The cab, sideboards and skirts look repainted, done long-ago and has partial lettering, paint has some flaking. It is stamped Repaint in gold, on inside of one skirt. Original wood boiler back-plate is also included. Fins that hold slide-on headlight are there, may need some slight bending to hold your light fixture tightly. It has 2 holes for early type bell. As is, as shown, for restoration project. No other parts are included. Boiler and cab are 11.5” long.
