Used. This item comes in non-original packaging.  It has scuffs and scratches from normal use.
Notes:
When power was applied, this item ran very smoothly.  It emitted a nice strong flow of water out of the wand (wand not included).  The water heated up right away, though it has a leak on the top interior of the heater with the power wires as shown in the last images.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to fix this issue for proper and safe operation.  No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
