True Fitness 500 HRC Treadmill Lower Control Circuit Board ME71T-1D w/ Heat Sink

Description

True Fitness 500 HRC Treadmill Lower Control board unit, part # ME71T-1D.  I pulled from my treadmill that is tripping the breaker once I start running.  I don't know if there is a problem with the motor or this board.  I understand if it is this board there is a fairly easy capacitor fix that is usually the cause of issues.  Minimal private use before the issue, no gym use.
Comes with the original heat sink.
