These vintage plastic tulip string lights have six covers and seven light set of bulbs, so one is missing. They have a beautiful look, more like a lotus than a tulip.  Either leave a bulb out or put in a non-working one and is pretty much unnoticeable, especially at night. Shipped with care.
Payment expected immediately with Buy It Now,  within 24 hours if a "Buy It Now" offer is accepted, and within 3 days after end of auction. When you bid on or buy an item you are agreeing to these terms by eBay policy, so payment will be expected  as stated.

SHIPPING is normally within 3 BUSINESS days of receiving payment (not including weekends or holidays), often sooner. The exception to this is a very large or complex object that may require building a box. Shipping will be combined if possible to save you money on shipping costs.
Due to E-Bay’s new policy regarding such an extended time-frame for returns, it is no longer feasible for me to offer returns.
Returns are gladly accepted on any item that is not as described as long as it is in the same condition that it was sent out in, if notice is given within 5 days of your receipt of the item. Please note that I take the 5 days after receipt of your item very seriously; please do your part by opening your package upon arrival and checking the contents, then letting me know right away if there is a problem: I can't make something right if I don't know anything is wrong! Also feel free to contact me if your item seems to be taking too long to arrive. (Parcel Select is often quite a bit slower in arriving than Priority Mail.) The buyer pays the return postage.
